Our client is seeking a highly self-motivated and energetic retail property manager to join their outstanding team. The Property Manager will effectively manage and coordinate activities and available resources in order to accomplish property/owner/company objectives. These objectives will include increasing property values and minimizing property operation expenses while maintaining a quality product.
Duties/Responsibilities: •Manage daily operations of assigned portfolio, serving as primary liaison between the landlord, vendors and tenants. •Administer tenant leases and maintain good tenant relations; review, abstract, understand and enforce lease terms. •Communicate with tenants to address their needs, resolve any issues and/or enforce the lease. Respond to tenant requests on behalf of the landlord in an expedient and professional manner. •Work closely with tenants to keep accounts receivable at a minimum. •Prepare annual budgets and monthly financial variance analysis for individual portfolio properties. •Perform periodic inspections of the portfolio, primarily of the common areas and vacancies. Maintain the assigned portfolio at a high level of appearance and performance. •Obtain and supervise vendors; evaluate service contract requirements and establish performance specifications and documents; manage the competitive bid process. •All other duties as assigned.
