We are searching for the right candidate for a key role in our leasing department at our headquarters in Salt Lake City, UT. The person will lead leasing efforts on several key projects in our portfolio including:
University Place. Orem, UT. This one million square foot mixed use complex is undergoing a $500 million redevelopment effort. What was formerly just mall is evolving into city center of retail, office, entertainment and multi-family. https://www.universityplaceorem.com/.
Magic Valley Mall. Twin Falls, ID. This enclosed mall and adjacent power centers is located in a thriving town that draws from a large trade area. In 2017 Twin Falls was the 4th fastest growing small city in America.
Orchestrates the leasing and marketing efforts on the assigned projects
Creates a strategic leasing plan for each project
Identifies leasing prospects
Negotiates LOIs and prepares financial analysis on new deals
Negotiates leases and lease renewals
Participates in the creation of the redevelopment designs
Collaborates with the construction and development team during tenant improvement construction
Collaborates with asset management on setting leasing goals and budget assumptions
Aides in the underwriting of new acquisitions and development
5-10+ years of retail leasing experience
Excellent oral and written communication skils
Self-motivates with the abilit to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office program suite
Proficiency in deal underwriting finance
Must possess high energy, solid work ethic with a drive to succeed
