PRDI owns & operates over 300 retail real estate properties in more than 30 states & is rapidly growing!
Responsible for supporting & facilitating the execution of real estate projects
Assist in modeling investment opportunities & transaction valuations
Provide analysis of acquisitions & dispositions by collecting & summarizing information from various sources/reports
Communicate with external parties, to include: brokers, lenders & lawyers
Support team members in term negotiations & deal structures of acquisitions, dispositions & joint venture investments
Enters project data & documentation into project management software
Ensure accurate pipeline timelines & deadlines are created & met by all parties
Track underwriting versus actuals to help improve future projects
Prepare financial analysis & cash flow models
Complete all due diligence prior to closing on new purchases, including review of title exceptions
Ensure all documents are signed by respective parties
Participate in the closing of approved real estate transactions
Develop budget & forecasting processes

Education/Qualifications The ideal candidate must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, with 2-3 years of professional experience, commercial real estate preferred. Advanced computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office.
