Reporting directly to the VP of Property Management of the Northeast, the Regional Property Manager will be responsible for below:
Oversee and manage the day to day activities of multiple properties
Develop and manage expense budgets
Manage the centers within the approved budgets
Identify property maintenance requirements, solicit, review and negotiate maintenance contracts
Prepare and monitor monthly and quarterly reports
Desired Skills & Expertise:
2-5 years of experience managing retail shopping centers
Working knowledge of building systems and components
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines
Effective oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word and Outlook
Minimum of an Associate's degree required
Overnight travel required
