The Lease Analyst is responsible for the timely entry of lease data and tenant sales information and review of related JDE reports. This position is located in Chicago, IL.
Enter data for all fully executed lease documents in JDEdwards.
Produce and validate standardized rent roll reports on a monthly basis.
Enter tenant sales data in JDE and review the JDE sales reports for accuracy.
Produce Ad Hoc Reports as Requested.
Serve as the primary source for lease data.

A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience, retail preferred.
Understanding of real estate terminology.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Must have some knowledge of commercial real estate including a broad understanding of tenant coordination, leasing and legal.
Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization and ability to work and learn independently and in a team situation.

Ability to deal with multiple tasks effectively and establish priorities.
Strong attention to detail.
