We are seeking an Leasing Agent with strong market insights and relationships in the commercial real estate market as we are dedicated to expanding our ownership into being one of the top 5 in real estate square footage in the DFW Metroplex.

Responsible for generating a high volume of leasing deals on a consistent basis by identifying new prospects and cultivating growth with national, regional and local tenants
Responsible for leasing transactions in their entirety;
Develop strategic leasing plans and assumptions specific for each assigned property;
Pursue solution based selling to current and prospective tenants to grow their business,
Provide industry and market information, as well as, sub-market analysis as it relates to our business and investments; and
Join the sales team in updating by sharing ideas and opportunities with fellow teammates.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA degree preferred;
2-5 years of experience in Leasing/Commercial Real Estate
Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply;
Excellent internal and external customer service;
A current Real Estate Sales License or Broker’s License is preferred;
