SimonCRE is looking for a rockstar to join our team as Acquisitions & Leasing Manager. This person will work directly with our partners on new development and redevelopment opportunities.
About SimonCRE SimonCRE is a full service commercial real estate development company based in Scottsdale, Arizona. We specialize in retail ground-up development, redevelopment, and single-tenant build to suit development throughout the country in primary, secondary, and tertiary markets. We will develop more than 40 projects valued at $100,000,000 in the next 12 months.
Work directly with the partners on new development and redevelopment opportunities
Investigate site acquisitions for build-to-suits throughout the country
Assist with business development for new clients and help service existing clients
Contact property owners; negotiate letters of intent and purchase agreements
Negotiate lease terms with potential retailers on new development projects
Manage initial site due diligence and create property due diligence reports
Coordinate conceptual site plan designs with vendors and clients
Assist in the creation of development proformas
Requirements & Experience:
1+ year of experience in commercial real estate and/or development
Ideal client has worked in brokerage / development with an active Arizona real estate license
Exceptional organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Proficient with MAC IOS, Microsoft Office including Excel
Ability to adapt to ever-changing situations with the ability to handle daily stresses and learn from your mistakes
Exceptional communication, writing, and telephone skills
Ability to research and find information on the web
Willingness to learn from others and follow instructions
