SimonCRE is a full service commercial real estate development company based in Scottsdale, Arizona. The firm specializes in retail ground up development, redevelopment, and single tenant build to suits throughout the country in primary, secondary, and tertiary markets. We will develop over 40 projects valued at $100,000,000 in the next 12 months.
Obtain survey and Geotech Phase 1, and any other consultant proposals needed for project
Schedule pre-app meetings with municipalities
Organize calendar invites, and schedule meetings and calls when needed
Invoice and payment tracking, verifying payment terms, and scheduling check requests
Organize kicking off flow test
Assess needs for easements and plats, mylars and printing full size plans
Submit check requests for submittals and invoices
Coordination of timelines in Mavenlink; keeping updated and on track
Setting up schedule in Mavenlink at start of project
File management – plans, applications, addendum, contract – filed in right place
Follow up calls w/ cities and vendors for plan review and general questions
Getting proposals from vendors
Coordinate survey revisions and tracking
Assist with closing process
Ensure PDS reconciling matches the budget at closing
Getting items to lender/appraiser for closing
Drop off checks, plans, applications with vendors or municipalities
Requesting fee submittals
Requirements & Experience:
3+ years’ experience in commercial real estate and/or development with a strong presence in retail commercial development
Exceptional organization skills, with the ability to manage hundreds of tasks and multiple project timelines while meeting stringent deadlines
Proficient with Mac IOS, Microsoft Office including Excel, Mavenlink, databases, and general technology is required
Ability to adapt to ever-changing situations with the ability to handle daily stresses and learn from your mistakes
Exceptional communication and writing skills
Ability to work on multiple projects at any given time
Experience working on development projects throughout the country
Ability to analyze budgets, project timelines, lender statements, ALTA surveys, geotechnical reports, ESA Phase 1 reports, tenant leases, and purchase contracts
