WE ARE HIRING! We are looking to add another great team member as a Vice President of Development, see below for the details! We currently have an existing Vice President of Development and this would be an additional position to work alongside our existing team to help accommodate our exponential growth.
SimonCRE is a full service commercial real estate development company based in Scottsdale, Arizona. The firm specializes in retail ground-up development, redevelopment, and single tenant build to suits throughout the country in primary, secondary, and tertiary markets.
- Coordinate with municipalities to secure project approvals including entitlements and building permits.
- Coordinate with civil engineer, architect, and other vendors to secure project approvals.
- Manage vendor relationships.
- Project Management from beginning to end on all new development.
- Coordinating with other state and federal agencies to secure approvals.
- Create and manage the project’s budget to ensure the project is delivered on time and under budget.
- Work closely with the President as well as other Partners to bring a project from concept to completion.
- Work closely with our clients to design our projects to meet their specifications.
- Attend meetings with local officials for site plan approvals and any variance hearings.
Requirements & Experience:
- 7+ years experience in commercial real estate and development with a strong presence to retail.
- Exceptional organization skills with the ability to manage hundreds of tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and ability to handle stress.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Attention to detail along with the ability to work on multi projects at any given time.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience working on development projects throughout the country.
- Ability to analyze budgets and project timelines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and knowledge of Apple OS is a plus.
- Experience making presentations to neighbor organizations as well as municipalities during the development project to secure approvals.
