We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional to fill a new Director level position in our growing and dynamic organization. The Director will be provided with an entire book of established pre-existing business consisting of several large national retail clients of the firm. The primary responsibilities are to assist the retailers with building best in class programs inclusive of negotiating lease restructuring and disposition transactions.
Essential Job Duties:
Negotiate directly on behalf of clients with their landlords to renegotiate and restructure their leases
Draft LOI’s for specific transactions
Interface directly with clients to communicate and consult on overall strategies as well as deal specific discussions
Perform analyses on each specific transaction
Weekly client reporting
May perform other duties as assigned

Desired Skills and Experience:
2-5 years of retail real estate experience
A significant understanding of retail leases required
Great negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers
Strong organizational, mathematical and analytical skills.
Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
