Commercial real estate office seeking highly efficient, extremely organized, and motivated individual to assist Finance Manager and Owners. Performs administrative duties for management and implements marketing strategies and projects for commercial properties.
Oversee all aspects of seller/buyer transactions from listing agreement to executed contract, closing and post-closing process
Oversee commercial property management of several properties located throughout the country.
Prepare all listing materials: pre-listing presentation, listing agreement, disclosures, CMA's, pull online property profile, research old listings, etc.
Coordinate and communicate with customers and vendors about all appointments for photos, repairs, cleaning, signage, access requirements, and marketing efforts.
Provides administrative support to Financial Manager and Business Owners
Compile and analyze reports using advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Coordinate calendar schedules for all meetings, deadlines, etc
Review commercial property leases and maintain property information
Research and compare commercial property listings
Complete special projects assigned by management
Work on special projects which may involve computer research
Commercial Real Estate
Ability to analyze data and create spreadsheets
Some knowledge of Accounting
