To provide administrative support to the Director of Real Estate and the Real Estate Leaders.
Responsible for all administrative duties supporting the Real Estate Department, inclusive of filing (paper and electronically), preparing real estate submission packages and bi-weekly/monthly reports.
Minimum of a 2 year degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.
At least five years of related experience.
Must be proficient in the use of a PC, Windows related programs, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook along with other standard office equipment.
Skills and Abilities:
· Effective communication both internally and externally
· Must possess excellent secretarial skills; typing at least 60 wpm
· Perform basic math skills

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the Real Estate Leaders and effectively interact both verbally and in writing, internally and externally with landlords and store personnel.
Manage all the department documentation and correspondence.
Provide phone support.
Establish, organize and maintain all department files and forms, both paper and electronically.
Conduct research and assist with special projects related to departmental goals and objectives.
Lead weekly forecast meetings in order to stay abreast of all new salon openings, closings, relocations, lease renewals and related real estate activities. Also will be responsible for updating this report bi-weekly.
Schedule, plan and/or coordinate meetings. Attend meetings and provide written report of minutes to participants and non-participants.
