Head of National Leasing
Responsible for the strategic and tactical oversight of the Company’s leasing efforts throughout the U.S., which includes managing, developing and training the leasing team to successfully lease all available space to qualified tenants across the portfolio.
Generate a standardized system for leasing the portfolio, and pipeline projects, and oversee the activities of the Leasing Representatives in the execution of the leasing strategy. This includes mixed-use leasing of retail, entertainment, food & beverage, office, healthcare, etc.
Create and execute an annual leasing plan with emphasis on growing the Company’s revenue.
Source and negotiate deals in order to maximize leasing performance.
Oversee and approve all negotiated contracts, leases, and brokerage agreements.
Monitor and advise on changing market conditions to identify all opportunities to make advantageous adjustments to overall strategy in a leasing campaign to maximize the value of our assets.
Maintain awareness of local issues and trends, community initiatives, and engagement in the surrounding neighborhoods, and act diligently to ensure positive relationships are created and maintained.
Manage the deliverables, expectations, budgets, and relationships with all outside agencies and third-party vendors.
Enhance the leasing processes by identifying more efficient and effective ways to enhance revenue and streamline processes, including software, processes, systems, etc.
Be actively involved in local, regional and national retail real estate related organizations.
Attend all appropriate industry events and create interest in the company by sharing information on new and existing developments.

Proven track record of leading large initiatives and cultivating high-performing team.
Executive-level communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to build and nurture positive working relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with demonstrated ability to timely manage multiple projects and tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Yardi or similar programs a plus.
