This is an opportunity for a licensed commercial real estate salesperson to work under the VP of Real Estate on retail leasing transactions throughout TN, representing tenant, landlord, or both. This person will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting for new business, cultivating their personal and professional networks, and interacting with potential & existing clients in the Nashville Retail landscape, both landlords and tenants.

Role & Responsibilities
• Generating leads and setting up meetings
• Prospecting, networking, and follow up
• Develop thorough understanding of the markets, real estate fundamentals
• Compiling a database of Retail Landlords
• Being in the know of industry trends; national and local players
• Create property setups; work with Marketing team to promote and list exclusive listings
• Performing property evaluations and inspections, and compiling due diligence packets
• Negotiate deal terms
• Listening to clients and team members
